Exhibitor Move-In/Move-Out

Move-in:

Move in dates and times will be assigned by booth according to location and construction needs.

Move in appointments will be assigned within the following dates and times:

Thursday, June 15th from 8:00 to 20:00
Friday, June 16th from 8:00 to 20:00
Saturday June 17th from 8:00 to 20:00
Sunday June 18th from 8:00 to 12:00

Move-out: Friday June 23rd 4:00pm to 10:00pm

Extra Move Out*: Saturday June 24th 8:00am to 5:00pm

*To be assigned, for complex, large dismantle projects
