Procedures

1. Fill out the request form *
2. Upon receipt of your request, one of our agents will contact you with the customized promotional tool that meets your requirements. Be as specific as possible, the more detail you put in the form the quicker and more accurately we will be able to work with you. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
3. Once you have received the customized promotional tool, you can start spreading the word in your network (e.g.: put a banner online or include an item in your newsletter.
4. After, we will publish the logo of your organization on the WUF3 website: www.wuf3-fum3.ca **
   

Conditions

• All organizations who wish to participate in the promotion of WUF3 consent to do it on a voluntary basis. No money will be granted in exchange of the promotion.
• WUF3 will display the logo of your organization on the WUF3 website upon confirmation that the promotional activity has taken place. (e.g.: URL address, Newsletter, etc.)
• WUF3 reserves the right decline any request from any organizations.
• The WUF3 image and promotional tools should not be used for malicious or illegal purposes.
• This WUF3 promotion program is reserved for institutions, corporations and organizations. Individuals are not eligible to participate in this program. Individuals who wish to promote the event in their own network can contact us to find out about the opportunities.
