| Event Description |
There will never be enough donor money available to meet the growing infrastructure needs of cities in developing countries. Therefore, cities in developing countries must be able to borrow capital from the private sector. This event will feature practitioners who will describe how this was accomplished in some select developing country cities and how it could be replicated elsewhere.
