GENERAL INFORMATION

Airport Arrivals
A dedicated WUF3 desk will be located at the Vancouver International Airport (YVR) inside the International Arrivals terminal, as well as a kiosk inside the Domestic Baggage Claim area. Here you can pick up your delegate badge, and get information on free transportation services available to you to get to the downtown core, your hotel, the University of British Columbia (UBC), or the Convention Centre (home of WUF3). From Friday, June 16 to Sunday, June 18, complimentary buses for WUF3 delegates will run every 30 minutes from YVR to the host hotels between the hours of 10:00 and 20:00. Should you choose to take a taxi, a typical fare downtown will be approximately $30.00 one way. Cash and credit cards are accepted by most taxi companies.

Registration and Security
Upon arrival at the Convention Centre, you will be required to produce photo identification at Registration and a digital photo will be taken of you for your participant badge. Please wear your badge at all times on site and each time you enter the building or you will not be granted access to the site. A registration kiosk will be set up at the airport where you will also be able to pick up your badge to avoid lineups on site. A security screening area will be located in the lobby of the Convention Centre where you must display your badge each time you enter and exit the building.

A staffed Business Service Centre providing photocopying, fax and other related business services on a fee basis is located on the Restaurant (R) Level of the Pan Pacific Hotel.
